Changes ------- - Renamed Mongoose to Civetweb in the code and documentation. - Replaced copyrighted images with bew images - Created a new code respository at https://github.com/sunsetbrew/civetweb - Created a distribution site at https://sourceforge.net/projects/civetweb/ - Basic build testing
